Cost guide

Dental implant cost in Jordan: what determines the price

We do not publish a price list, because the cost of implants differs from one mouth to another with the bone, the number of implants and the type of restoration. This page explains what raises or lowers the cost, and how you get a clear written cost after examination.

The factors that set the cost of dental implants in Jordan (implant type, extra procedures, final restoration, mouth condition, dentist experience, clinic location) beside a smiling woman with Amman behind her

Why no price before examination?

  • An accurate cost needs a 3D CBCT scan and a clinical examination; what the eye sees is not enough to judge the bone volume and whether it needs building.
  • Two cases that look alike can differ a lot in cost: one needs a single implant and a crown, the other needs bone grafting and a sinus lift before any implant.
  • The written plan sets the cost and the stages before anything starts, so you know what you are paying for and why.

What determines the price

Seven factors make most of the difference between one case and another.

  • Number and position of implants

Replacing one tooth is not the same as replacing several teeth or a full arch. Not every missing tooth needs its own implant; in a full arch the implants are distributed to carry the restoration.

  • Bone condition

If the bone is sufficient in height and width the implant is placed directly. If it is thin or resorbed, a bone-grafting or sinus-lift stage is added, as a separate item in the plan.

  • Type of final restoration

A single crown, a bridge on implants, or a fixed full-arch prosthesis on several implants. Materials and laboratory work differ, and so does the cost.

  • Implant system and components

Implant systems differ in origin, documentation and the abutments compatible with them. We tell you which system your plan uses and what documentation comes with it.

  • Digital planning and guided surgery

3D imaging, digital scanning and the design of a surgical guide are part of how we work, and they are written into the plan from the start.

  • Accompanying procedures

Extracting a tooth that cannot be saved, treating the gums before implants, or sedation if you need it, are items listed only when needed.

  • Number of stages and follow-up

Some cases are completed in one stage and others in spaced stages depending on bone healing. The number of visits and the follow-up after fitting are set in the plan.

What the written plan includes

  • The examination findings and the CBCT scan, and what they mean for your case.
  • The number and positions of implants, and whether bone grafting is needed.
  • The type and material of the final restoration.
  • The stages of treatment and their order.
  • The total cost, with what it includes and what it does not.
  • Alternatives, where they exist, and the difference between them.

How you find out your cost

One visit is enough to leave with a written plan.

  1. Examination and imaging

A clinical examination and a 3D CBCT scan, with a digital scan of the mouth when needed.

  2. Planning on screen

Together we look at the implant positions, the bone and the proposed restoration before any intervention.

  3. The written plan

You receive the plan with the cost and the stages, and decide in your own time.

How to compare quotes

If you are collecting quotes from more than one clinic, ask about these points so the costs can be compared.

  • What does the cost include?

Does it cover the implant, the abutment and the crown, or the implant alone? Are imaging and follow-up included?

  • Do you need bone grafting?

A quote without bone grafting for a case that needs it will change later. Ask for an assessment based on a 3D scan.

  • Which implant system?

Ask for the name of the system, its origin and documentation, and whether its parts will be available later if maintenance is needed.

  • Who performs the surgery?

The dentist's experience and training in implantology and oral surgery, and digital planning before the intervention.

  • What happens after fitting?

Regular follow-up and cleaning of the implants are part of their long-term success. Ask how it is organised.

Common questions about cost

Can I get the price by phone or WhatsApp?

We can explain what determines the cost and answer your questions, but an accurate cost needs an examination and a 3D scan. You receive it in writing after the visit.

Is the implant cost the full cost?

No. The implant is one part of the solution; the full cost covers the abutment and the crown or restoration, imaging and planning, and any bone grafting if needed.

Is bone grafting charged separately?

If your case needs it, it appears as a clear item in the plan, with the reason and the stage in which it is done.

Does the cost differ between the upper and lower jaw?

It can. The back of the upper jaw is close to the sinus and often needs a sinus lift, while the lower jaw bone is usually denser.

Does insurance cover dental implants?

Policies differ widely, and many do not cover implants or cover only part. The written plan helps you ask your insurer.

Why do prices differ so much between clinics?

Because what the cost includes differs: the implant system, the restoration material, imaging and planning, bone grafting and follow-up. Compare what is included before you compare the prices.

The information on this page is general education and does not replace a clinical examination. The actual cost is set in a written plan after assessment at the clinic.
